School Swachhta Campaign was conducted in DAV Mohali in November 2015 and organised by CBSE , New Delhi. An initiative taken by Ministry of Human Resource Development , Govt. of India, Poster making competition was organized for classes V to X. Basic idea was to make students aware about personal cleanliness , school anganwadis etc. Mohali DAVians added one more feather in the cap of DAV Mohali by bagging top positions at National level painting Competition by CBSE. Vanshika Gupta of V A and Manmeet Kaur of VIII A bagged positions in School Swachhta Campaign Painting Competition and will be awarded with merit certificates from CBSE. The Principal of the institution Dr. (Mrs.) Rosy Sharma applauded and congratulated the proud winners and art teacher for this wonderful achievement. She said that such activities are very beneficial to make students aware of cleanliness and good hygiene.
